Transitions happen in the “time between” – that time when you know something is changing or ending, but you don’t yet know what’s emerging. What makes transitions different from other kinds of change is that, not only are things changing on the outside, but you are changing on the inside. As you move through transition times, you can expect to emerge on the other side as a different person from the one who began the transition. In the best transitions, you are intentional about the kind of person you want to be on the other side.
So – what transitions are you experiencing? And what kind of person do you want to be on the other side?
